I’m Lee Buteau. I’ve been a Casino Host since 2011. Before joining the Indiana Grand team, I served customers in a variety of fields ranging from the retail industry to the food services industry in various operations and management roles and also spent some time in law enforcement. Working as a Casino Host at Indiana Grand allows me to meet new people and also interact and entertain guests who visit frequently. I’m Mat Bradley, one of the newest Casino Hosts here at Indiana Grand Casino. Although I’m new to this position, I’ve worked here at the casino since May of 2008. I’m proud to say that I won the Employee of the Year Award in my previous role as a Facilities/ General Maintenance Specialist. I love connecting with new people and look forward to getting to know our casino guests, while providing the best service possible. I’m originally from California and moved to Indiana in 2004. But, I felt like a true Hoosier from the minute I arrived and I’m committed to delivering the Hoosier Hospitality that our guests deserve.

I’m Karen Day, the newest Casino Host at Indiana Grand Casino. I started working at the casino in February of 2009. In my previous role as a Slot Department Supervisor, I was able to work one-on-one with all of our guests on the casino floor. I always like to take some time to get to know new guests and I also enjoy visiting with our guests who have been coming to our casino since we opened. I come to work every day ready to provide the best service possible to all of our guests. I’m Jackie Lawrence. I’ve been a Host for the Player Development team since May of 2010, and was recently promoted to the position of Player Development Executive. I have an extensive background in customer service. Prior to joining the Indiana Grand team, I spent more than a decade in the airline industry providing the best service to customers so that they would have a wonderful travel experience. Jim Mackie – Hometown: Sunman, IN
I’m Jim Mackie. I’m a 12-year veteran of the gaming industry, and I’ve been with Indiana Grand since December of 2008. In my role as Director of Customer & Business Development, I oversee my team of Casino Hosts and Player Development Executives to make sure that they are providing the highest possible level of personalized service to our guests, and that each and every one is treated like a true “VIP”.
